Safety And Care

Handle With Care
PX-1 is built to be durable, but it should not be dropped from high surfaces.

Avoid throwing, crushing, or exposing it to heavy impact.

Keep PX-1 Dry


PX-1 is not waterproof.
Avoid water, spills, rain, and cleaning sprays directly on the device.

Use Only Included Chargers


Always use the official PX-1 Home Dock or the included USB-C portable charger.
Third-party chargers may affect battery performance.

Charge On Stable Surface

Place the Home Dock on a flat, stable area.
Avoid soft surfaces like blankets or pillows that may block ventilation.

Keep Away From Extreme Tempatures

Do not store or use PX-1 in direct sunlight, near heaters, or in freezing environments.

Clean Gently

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe dust from PX-1’s shell, wheels, and LED panel.
Do not use liquids, alcohol wipes, or abrasive materials.

Supervise Young Children

PX-1 is safe for ages 6+, but younger children should use it under supervision.

Avoid Blocking Sensors

PX-1 uses small sensors for movement and interaction.

Make sure the front and bottom are free from dirt or debris.

Turn Off If Not in Use


Hold the top button for 2 seconds to power off and conserve battery.

Don’t Overcharge for Long Periods

PX-1 automatically stops charging when full, but avoid leaving it plugged in for several days.
